local docker setup, connect to database with psql

I have a local supabase installed via docker compose and now want to connect to my database. Basically I get the Error:
failed: FATAL: Tenant or user not found
So following this:

I need the username, but I can't open the project settings and find it on the dashboard, http response 404. Where can I find it?

I have not used the CLI, I use the official docker-compose files here

I have searched the logs of the containers but can't find anything helpful...

Did you figure out where the problem was? I am encountering the same problem.
