Basically i want to be able to do what is described in https://osbuild.org/docs/user-guide/repository-customizations/#1-install-a-third-party-package

This "should" work the same as in osbuild-composer (though perhaps in combination with --datadir) though it seems those docs aren't very good (broken link). I'll try it out and see what's needed if anything.
