客户/供应商账单如果没有本期发生不显示期初期末 #1884

操作系统及版本:
----ubuntu14.04+gooderp
重现问题的步骤:

1、客户有欠款，应收不为0
2、账单期间没有发生往来

当前结果:

账单不会显示期初和期末，正常应该要显示期初金额和期末金额
