e2e repos need automation addition for updating downstream repo(s) #8

The current automations in the e2e repos have no downstream updating capability. Minimally, the following repos need to deliver to downstream repos:

catalog
profile
comp. def.
xccdf

downstream pushes:

catalog (catalog) -> profile
profile (catalog + profile) -> ssp, cd
cd (cd) -> ssp

degenaro assigned mrgadgil

degenaro added task and removed bug labels
