Hi,
I'm having trouble restoring config: every entry add by slapd-restore-config fails with "slapadd: could not add entry...".
After reading documentation and doing some tries I found that /sbin/slapd-restore probably should empty /etc/ldap/slapd.d directory and chown to openldap before executing slapadd.
Am I wrong?
Thank you,
Luca

I was unable to get slapd-restore-config or slapd-restore-data to restore properly unless I first deleted all data in the config and data directories. If I ran the deletes first (while the docker container was running by the way which seems very odd to me) and then run the restore commands (via docker exec) I was able to successfully restore both config and data from a backup.
