Description

Occasionally when running the analysis with AWS Bedrock, leveraging the Anthropic Claude-3-Haikumodel, a response will sometimes not be generated because the endpoint address was not reached. The steps for reproduction is how the error would appear if it exists, but results are inconsistent and do not show up all the time. Difficult to run test and continually try to make requests to AWS Bedrock with the large incurment of costs.

Reproduction

https://github.com/oslabs-beta/Morpheus

  1. After cloning and doing setup with instructions from the dev ReadMe, start up the application
  2. Navigate to the AWS Bedrock page
  3. Ensuring that the docker containers are up and running click the Analyze button
  4. If no response is generated on the frontend check the terminal to see if the error has been produced and logged
