Update vscode marketplace with vsix file after testing the vsix file

pull latest dev
end to end test (open swell app, look for state, poke around app)
run the test suites (one test is designed to fail)
make a vsix file
test the vsix file
publish vsix to the marketplace
test the newest version of the marketplace (could take 20min to update)
make pull request to update main to newest version of dev
