Implement integration with jazz.net apps

Extend the generated server implementation to support integration with jazz.net applications, especially DNG, EWM, ETM and RMM:

• Provide rootservices document

• Configure the toolchain model to support root services and regenerate

• Support Accept=application/rdf+xml and application/xml and both return RDF/XML-ABBREV (The run configuration > Arguments should contain: -Dorg.eclipse.lyo.oslc4j.alwaysXMLAbbrevOnlyProviders=true

• Support AM and RM service providers (these can have the same service provider catalog URIs):

xmlns:oslc_rm="http://open-services.net/xmlns/rm/1.0/" - oslc_rm:rmServiceProviders

• Configure the toolchain to support OAutha1.0a and create OAuth1.0a consumer/friend relationships with jazz.net apps

• Provide artifact container associations

• Demonstrating links to at least one jazz.net app, preferring DNG. This should support SysML Requirement to DNG Requirement links, and SysML Element links to DNG links based on the OSLC AM 3.0 specification properties.
