Render miniature railroad tracks

There are a bunch of miniature railroad tracks around here, tagged as railway=miniature, but they don’t get rendered because they aren’t in the tiles:

Miniature railways may not be all that important from a certain point of view, but they are a Slice of Americana™, so it would be ironic to leave them out.

What is a miniature railroad? Like amusement park rides?

railway=miniature can occur in amusement parks, or zoos, or in their own attractions like this. Like rollercoasters, they can be large enough to create a blank hole in the map if unrendered.
