Une des options serait d'utiliser

@media only screen and (min-device-width : 320px) and (max-device-width : 480px) {
 img { 
        max-width: 85%;
        }
}

Mais cela casse le tooltip sur la page des sponsors du fait qu'il ne semble pas responsive
