Changes with the public schema in PG15

Hi,

as the default privileges for public schema have changed in PG15 (https://andreas.scherbaum.la/blog/archives/1120-Changes-to-the-public-schema-in-PostgreSQL-15-and-how-to-handle-upgrades.html) I would like to ask if you are thinking about making the schema configurable.

There has already been a discussion about this in #1818 but maybe now is the time to work on this?
