Fix paths in examples #14

In this commit 3359232 most of the scenarios broke because the paths to the docker build folders are incorrect. Add an examples/ to fix that.

Example:

-node1 = DockerNode('ping', docker_build_dir='./docker/ping')
+node1 = DockerNode('ping', docker_build_dir='./examples/docker/ping')

Currently, the examples are intended to be executed from the examples directory.
