All stations in the Ecobici system are docking stations. Fore reference, here is an image.

Additionally, it appears that similar systems reuse the Wikidata item for the brand in the network tag. Therefore, I suggest updating the tag to: network:wikidata=Q5817067

Finally, since using this system involves a cost, the fee=yes tag should be added to prevent repetitive contributions.
