Refactor command names in sc-server

Some command names in the server do not always reflect the logic they do, so they can confuse developers.

Describe the solution you'd like
It is necessary to coordinate the names of the server commands, as well as the parameters of these commands, and correct where possible. This should not break backward compatibility in clients that use the server.
