With help from the community, find the best values to use as default for the following options:

touchscreen controls: detection range + deadzone
touchscreen analog controls in levels
touchscreen analog controls in Special Stages
touchscreen analog controls in Galacnik Gauntlet
gyroscope in Special Stages: both modes
gamepad analog controls in levels
gamepad analog controls in Special Stages
gamepad analog controls in Galacnik Gauntlet
