[manager-components]: datagrid label should support ReactNode types

As a developer, i need to implement a popover or any other component next to label inside Datagrid.
Today typescript is only accepting string but it should also support ReactNode.

we accept to create an attribute 'tooltip' and only pass a 'string'

the tooltip has to be next to the string header
