Update contact form code for website

We already use static-contact-validatedForm. There were some major updates so we need to update the code for the contact form in p-society/static-contact-validatedForm. So things to do is

• Update to latest code for the master branch
• Host it in Zeit now, currently, we are using Glitch, but this needs to be updated.

To deploy all the things you can easily find in the readme.

Anyone who is interested, comment on this issue, I will provide the values of .env.example that we are currently using. Also, this issue will help you how things get deployed.
