Find dedicated primary mentors for P4-BAR projects

We have listed several projects from Google P4-BAR team on our P4 GSoC 2025 Ideas List. Currently I put myself as the primary mentor for all these projects, as this field is required for our org application. But realistically I'm not the most suitable primary mentor for these projects, although I'd be happy to serve as a support mentor if needed.

We need to either find dedicated primary mentors for these projects by Feb 27, when our org application result is announced and contributor application starts; or cancel these projects for our 2025 program before contributor application starts.

Some alternative options could also be considered:

• We could roll over some of these projects to next year's GSoC if they are not urgent.
• We could also put some of them on https://github.com/p4lang/project-ideas and see if anyone from the P4 community is willing to pick them up, not necessarily as part of the GSoC program.
