[Bug?] Lock screen weather icon flipping moon/sun icons

It is day time in my time zone, but the icon next to the clock is showing the moon. I couldn't find a setting to change time zone so that it reflects the current conditions correctly. As you can see, the complication correctly shows current conditions.

When I remove the generic weather complication, the icon is removed as well.

Let me know how to fix this if it turns out to be user error. Cheers!

It's probably not a user error.

I have a a long history of issues with icons. I'll try to fix it, but there's no timeline for this.
