Arrows on top of hebrew characters

There seems to be a issue with hebrew characters. If I inspect my template I get this ד‎ ה‎ ו‎ ז‎ ח‎ ט.txt and when I try to print them on a report small arrows show on top of them. Also is there any universal font that supports non-ascii characters? It seems that for any specific language I need to add a new font to jsPdf.
