Debug not refreshed if window disturbed. #159

The debug window is not refreshed when it is obscured by another window and then brought to the front again. Instead, it stays black.

Note that the solution may slow the display slightly. It appears to happen on Win 7 and now Win 10, so perhaps implement the solution on Win 7 only.
