management page to allow access to builds logs #144

right now, build logs can be found

on the hdd, in
$NBHROOT/builds/<course>/<build>/<hash>/.clone-build-rsync.log
and from the browser with a URL like
https://nbhosting-dev.inria.fr/builds/sample-course/jupyter-book/63bec20/.clone-build-rsync.log

none of this is too convenient, and some navigation page accessible from the course management page would make sense
