Stylus: Multi-wallet front end

User Story:

As a Passport end user
I want to be able to claim credentials across multiple wallets
So that I can I obtain a single Passport score across wallets and
So that I can maintain privacy without revealing which wallets have which credentials and
So that I can use an unrelated wallet with a score without having the credentials present on that wallet

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN the Passport UI
WHEN we a user connects a wallet
THEN they are able to obtain and 'deposit' a credential onchain for later use

GIVEN the Passport UI
WHEN we a user connects a final wallet
THEN they are able to 'withdraw' one or more credentials to obtain a Passport Score for that wallet across the previous wallets and
THEN the user cannot obtain another Passport score using the same credential(s) already used on another wallet
