If the layout has two space bars, the analyzer only uses one. This results in incorrect loading on one thumb.

It'll end up using whichever is easier to type (ie, whichever requires moving a finger the least amount). If both are the same "easiness", then it'll just pick one and use that one. Having it factor in alternating keypresses is a good idea though.
