Quick Starts enhancements

Requesting new features, enhancements, or design changes to PatternFly

• Describe the use cases and requirements of the new feature or enhancement you are requesting.
  We are adding quick starts to the Ansible Automation Platform and because we are unifying the multiple services that make up the platform, we want to be able to distinguish which quick start corresponds to which service. Some enhancements we are requesting are:

1. We would like to be able to use labels to distinguish that service.
2. We'd like to introduce an additional dropdown to the component that would allow for filtering by persona.
3. We'd like to be able to determine the order of the quick starts. Currently it seems to be alphabetical but we'd like to be able to customize that order by default.

• Explain why this feature is needed and/or why these requirements cannot be met using existing components.
  The existing component only allows for one label to be used within a quick start card and doesn't allow filtering by persona. The dropdown filter that is available only have the status as options. For the purposes of our quick starts section, we want to show the quick starts by order of operation vs just in alphabetical order that is the default for the component.
