Bug - Deprecated feature alert has broken about page link

Describe the problem
The deprecated feature alert tries to link to an about page that gives a 404 error. An example of this is on the Select page, React deprecated tab. This might be something that needs to be fixed in the docs framework.

Expected behavior
It seems like it's trying to link to this page: https://www.patternfly.org/get-started/about/#major-release-cadence
