Remove deprecated PatternFly components

Components that were deprecated as part of the v5 PatternFly release are still in use.

Those deprecated components should be replaced with the non-deprecated components or approaches PatternFly now recommends.

Following initial investigation and work on this issue: we have a bunch of vanilla JS and class components used in TSX files, throughout this repo, which are causing many TS errors throughout the codebase.

As a result, this work will require preliminary updates which are necessary to remove the deprecated components.
