Won't run end macro when canceling last object

Running Octoprint with Klipper.

If printing multiple objects by layer and cancel the last object, it will skip it properly and print only the remaining objects, but after finishing the print it will just stop the nozzle on top of the last printed object, without running the end macro. That ends up damaging the printed object because of the hot nozzle parked there.

You need to add the appropriate comment (for your slicer) at the start of the end gcode section. See the README for your slicer.
