Klassy 6.0 released for Plasma 6.0

Major release for Plasma 6.0!

• Includes all features in Klassy 5.1 ported to Qt6, KF6 and C++20
• Include all bugfixes from Breeze 6
• Most "frameless" Application Style changes merged from Breeze6, with the exception of changes to the scrollbars.
• Fewer graphical glitches on Wayland
• Improved library structure for better efficiency
• Support for translucent header areas in dialogs
• Fix tools area separator positioning cf Breeze
• Fix for bug in Breeze where application palette does not reload
• Disable extended resize handles by default as they interfere with the scrollbars in the new frameless application style
• No longer auto-switch to Adwaita GTK style as Breeze GTK works better in Plasma 6

Does version 6 still work on Plasma 5 or should this only be installed after the update to Plasma 6?

Version 6 does not work on Plasma 5. I recommend that you use your package manager to install a pre-built 5.x version, and then if you upgrade to Plasma 6 the package manager will either replace it with the version 6 or ask to remove it first.

Can you make a toggle for the "frameless" ui? I think the old "framey" ui looked better and I don't know how to make it work in plasma 6

If it was developed by me, I would have made it configurable and kept the old framed style as well, but it was not developed by me.

The problem is that there are many changes the code for doing this is all over the place throughout breezestyle.cpp and not in one area. Several KDE applications have also been changed to match the new style, as have Breeze QQC2 controls (which I haven't forked). It would be a lot of work.

I was sceptical about the new Breeze "frameless" style as well and even complained about it before Plasma 6 release when no-one else did. However, I now think it is indeed less distracting, and I increased the opacity of some Klassy colours to compensate for the more colourless appearance of the "frameless" design. For consistency with the rest of KDE I think it's also better to just adapt to the new design.
