Patrick,
Just wanted to start off by saying I love this project! I have been looking for something like this for a long time; especially something that doesn't cost 15 grand. I am pretty well versed in trbo, having deployed it in many configurations more than a few times. Unfortunately when it comes to coding I am a novice at best. If you could give me even some general guidance on how to deploy this, I would greatly appreciate it!

unfortunately, this isn't a deploy without code knowledge solution. Since there are some intellectual property concerns with motorola stuff, and I don't want to get sued there are some constants missing from the source code. With some coding (or some math skill) they can be reverse engineered assuming you have access to a solution like RDAC. It's not too difficult, but it's also non-trivial.
