I add myself to this complaint. Context is as follows:
I used the search bar to find some channels. When the search engine correctly identifies the channel, titles get replaced as they should. I saw no issue when the search engine desn't identify the channel either. However, either when the search engine identifies a channel but doesn't follow with the recent results (you get a channel as the top result, but the suggested videos come from other channels), the second video is a YouTube Short, the first video has a machine translated title or a combination of the above (not sure which one is the cause), things get weird.
In my case, the first video remained translated, the third video sometimes remained translated, sometimes got the original title of some other video (11th, it seems), the fourth and fifth videos got the titles of first and nineteenth, seventh went untranslated again, then the rest were seemingly normal. The second is the Short, which wasn't translated to start with.
