@jamesdabbs- I did a quick analysis of incoming sms messages and didn't find one instance of "Yes, but..."

I also took a look at the No responses and didn't find any no, but's.....

Let's stick with anything starting with yes to be a positive and marked as recieved and anything starting with No... to be a negative and to be flagged for follow up.
