Add ability to create reports on ticketed events

Similar to admin reports, allow club leaders to create reports for ticketed events. Reports should present aggregated buyer information (including responses to application questions, transaction fees generated, etc.).

Also, allow OSA to create reports for ticketed events (in aggregate). Each event should have a breakdown of generated revenue, purchased tickets, clubs involved, transaction fees generated, etc.
