Penn Sushi Dining Spot missing #337

I don't think I can get the secrets to fix this myself right now, but as far as I can tell, it just requires adding the sushi spot's internal id, picture, and name to https://github.com/pennlabs/penn-mobile/blob/master/backend/dining/data/dining_venues.csv
