[UI] Indicate there were no changes done by the job #115

As a user, i would like to know, the job succeeded, but changed nothing - it can be confusing to see "success" without merge request.

2 scenarios can happen:

Changed nothing, but historically merge request exists
Changed nothing, no merge request for recipe/job exists

Probably? in both of them, i want to see that this job changed nothing.
