We're still using an old init file to launch the perfsonar-toolkit-config-daemon on debuntus. We should use the systemd perfsonar-configdaemon.service we already have for RPM.

On U24 the current setup even creates an error at installation:

Setting up perfsonar-toolkit-config-daemon (5.1.0-2) ...
Failed to restart perfsonar-toolkit-config-daemon.service: Unit perfsonar-toolkit-config-daemon.service not found.
invoke-rc.d: initscript perfsonar-toolkit-config-daemon, action "restart" failed.
Unit perfsonar-toolkit-config-daemon.service could not be found.
