Add support for bi-directional directory sync'ing.

Unfortunately I haven't yet been able to complete this. It's blocked by #182 - we need a compare method, using etags or hashes or something of the sort, before we can implement this in an efficient manner.

Should be done in a separate library perhaps. It's out of scope for this one imo.
