Not working on mobile device

Hi,
I have installed the plugin in Joomla 3.9.8.
It is working well in any website of Windows. If I am using mobile phones the plugin is not displayed. Only a blank space is shown.

Where can I search the mistake?

Thanks! Which OS and browser you're using? I tried with Android and Google Chrome and the plugin is displayed normally. If you have enabled the Load asynchronously setting in the plugin's configuration, disabling it might help.

Sorry for the slow reply. I didn't receive your earlier answer and then I was on holiday. I just tried with Android and Firefox, and the plugin is displayed normally. Did you try to disable the Load asynchronously setting?

Hi Petteri, sorry for the direct mail, but I have an urgent question. In your plugin the info is shown from google information. But I must overwrite the address of a customer, because the google entry is wrong. Rather urgent because the site is online with wrong information. Is it possible to overwrite Google info? Hi, Unfortunately, that's not possible when a Google Map is embedded on a website using an iframe. Custom info labels are supported by the Google Maps JavaScript API, but the plugin is based on the iframe approach. In the past it was possible to customize info labels for embedded maps as well, but unfortunately Google dropped that feature at some point. Regards, Petteri

The reason for the problem seems to be that the map is embedded using HTTP and not HTTPS. You should set the HTTPS setting to yes in the plugin settings.
