This package not having a project file causes any package that depends on it to crash when running aqua tests.
https://github.com/JuliaTesting/Aqua.jl
This is preventing Aqua from being activated on many SciML packages.

Yeah, as Chris suggests in the linked PR: Kill it with fire.
