Cannot use Plugins v4 #131

Loading

Due to this version of wine not containing bcryptprimitives.dll, plugins built with rrplug v4 cannot be used.

Example error:

0024:err:module:import_dll Library bcryptprimitives.dll (which is needed by L"Z:\\tmp\\ns95322114\\R2Northstar\\plugins\\r2rcon_rs.dll") not found

[01:04:41] [PLUGINSYS] [errr] Failed to load plugin 'R2Northstar\plugins\r2rcon_rs.dll' (Error: 126)
[01:04:41] [PLUGINSYS] [warn] Unloading invalid plugin 'R2Northstar\plugins\r2rcon_rs.dll'

Stipulations:

Performance must not be negatively impacted
