If possible it might be nice to run the workshop as a Jupyter notebook.

Maybe this is some similar motivation for a PostGIS workshop: https://github.com/mapmeld/postgis-zimbabwe
However, we don't want to require a remote installation of pgRouting.

The focus of this workshop is to be able to run in on OSGeoLive vmdk/iso

Well, this issue was just an idea and not supposed to replace the use with OSGeoLive.

I think OSGeoLive has notebooks

This is a great idea. I found this issue because I was looking for a jupyter notebook about the use of pgRouting.

I have followed the 2.7 version of the workshop, based on Buenos Aires data. The workshop itself is definitely a great work, no doubt about that, so thank you. But I was searching for a simple way to visualised the results producted by pgRouting and, for me, this part is missing from this workshop.
