MINUTES:

1. R/Pharma workshop Nov 1st. Doug is organising for R Validation Hub reminder
   1. We don’t know the format yet or if it will be recorded
   2. The workshop will take 2 hours
2. Phuse US March 2025 Update
   1. We will include a slide with R Validation Hub mentioned during the presentation from Appsilon about FDA submissions
3. Progress Update
   1. Validation report:
      1. Luis will work on the validation report.
      2. We will have a more concrete direction coming out of the workshop on Nov 1st.
      3. The report would be a packaged standalone product based on the riskassessment app and riskassessment uniform across RValidationHub
   2. Container Image and Repository Structure:
      1. Github Actions
         1. Meeting to plan out and write down a document the structure and orchestration
            1. Early next week
            2. Magnus, Damian/Appsilon, Yann, Doug, Coline to join the call. Everyone is welcome to attend, please let us know on Slack.
4. Our current priorities are: Container Image, Github Actions, Validation Report

• Continue work on Container image using GitHub Action (Magnus, Yann, Wilmar, ...)

• Document the Github Actions workflow
