Document instructions for installing tinytex #771

Need to keep these instructions for installing tinytex alive & in front of our faces as we do need to document this appropriately somewhere. Probably the README under Installation Instructions.

Notes on 5/7

The tlmgr() wasn't working on Biogen laptops. Technically, we don't need tinytex to render the PDFs. At the very least, we should have the latex dependencies listed somewhere.

Related: search for old issue of other system dependencies that should be called out, that andrew claimed.
