Form not loading along with module

@horsepress When I load in the the frmMassMailer module, the frx file with the form layout does not load along with it. I get the error "Invalid Outside Procedure" when trying to run the frmMassMailer as a stand alone.

I've just tested and I get the same issue when using a downloaded copy. Will try to fix - probably a file conversion issue.

I've tried uploading a new copy of the file directly to the github website, and it seems to work when downloaded again: it opens under the forms section of the VB project tree. Maybe a character set conversion issue? Let me know if the issue still occurs.
