This is probably an oversight, but one that should be corrected. The first two rules on BarTab ask whether you want to load tabs automatically; first for when you restore a session, and second for when you open tabs in the background. If either one of those options is set to "don't load," something very annoying happens. If you try to reopen a tab from the Recently Closed Tabs list with either of those options set to "don't load," the tab will not load automatically. Really, neither one of those rules should apply to reopening Recently Closed Tabs, yet they both do. And I have tested it: both of these options, independently, have the power to prevent reopened Recently Closed Tabs from being automatically loaded. It's really annoying because I will sometimes be commenting on an internet video and finish watching without submitting my comments; normally, when you reopen a tab, all the form data is saved in the cache and will reappear in the reopened tab. But if the tab doesn't load automatically, the form data gets lost. So I have to have both options disabled.
