Unable to start airupnp.exe

I'm using windows 11 23H2 to tun the AirConnect , but I think I have trouble while luanching the 'airupnp-static.exe',I've tried everything I can do but nothing changed. So I need some help.

he interface on 192.168.31.2 has some probleme and airupnp cannot bind to it. Try command line options to bind to another interface or maybe you have privilege issues.
