What is the Goal or User Story?

As PlanB, we want to embed a Youtube Video that is only loaded once the user gives us permissions so that we can comply with the GDPR rules.

Describe in Detail

A component that e.g. takes an Youtube URL and displays a "Click here to load and play video" before the video gets embedded. Should be responsive.
