What is the Goal or User Story?

We need to embed an contact form in various places that should send an email so that visitors can contact us.

Describe in Detail
Develop a component to be placed on pages with an nextJS API function call that can send an email to a defined address.

Form should be accept a few inputs (title, description, email, url where the form was called) and send them formatted to an planB shared inbox. This work item includes the setup of such shared inbox and the mailserver itself.

When is this done?
Form can be used in any page and sends an email into a defined, shared inbox.
