The full parameter --rulesetEncoded is not working in https://github.com/philips-labs/continuous-compliance-action/blob/develop/bin/loop.sh
The short parameter (-c) does work for some reason. I reproduced this behavior locally as well on my Mac.

For some odd reason, the extended version of the parameter is not functioning properly.
