the AP nodes on the public map feature street addresses associated with the building where we got access (the resident's house, the orgs main building).
ideally we'd remove the street address from the name of the AP, give the AP a more generic name like Hub 1 AP 3, but then move the street address name to another metadata field in the geojson file so we preserve that reference point.
this metadata wouldn't be visible on the map but would be available for us to crossrefernece in the geojson file. we might eventually move to a unique identifier but we should hold off on doing that for a bit
